About Amanda Mathis & Michelle Jentz

Michelle is a Realtor® in North Georgia who specializes in New Home Construction, Residential Resale, Commercial Leasing/Resale and Land Acquisitions.

Prior to her career in real estate she spent years working in sales directly with C-Store owners and has a range of clients in commercial and residential. She loves working beside her clients to obtain the best deal in town and to make a dream... a reality. Michelle was raised in Southwest Florida. She moved to North Georgia in 1995 and put down roots. She fell in love with the small town feel, beautiful scenery and outdoor life. She is an avid hiker and enjoys spending time with her family outdoors and nature. She is a mother to one boy and one girl. She has a background in Marketing, Bioscience and sales. She prides herself in customer relations skills and determination to get only the best for her clients. Michelle is a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS®.

Amanda got licensed in 2007 and over the years has earned her Certified New Home Sales Professional , Military Relocation Professional Certification, Move Safe Certification, Knock Certification, Ribbon Agent Certification and Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification.

Prior to starting her career in real estate, she worked at the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association (GAHBA) where she was the Director of Education for 12 years. This is where she obtained her license and helped to improve education for other agents and builders. After the GAHBA she moved onto working with a local semi-custom builder in Land Acquisition for 4 years where she helped them to obtain land all over Hall, Forsyth, Gwinnett and Oconee Counties. This land was then developed for semi-custom homes ranging from $400k and up. She went out into her own business in 2019 and was honored to have been recognized by the 400 North Board of REALTORS® in 2021 and again by the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS® in 2022 for being in the Million Dollar Circle for sales. She is a member of the Northeast Atlanta Metro Association of REALTORS® and currently serves as a Voting Member on the Georgia Association of REALTORS® Commercial Committee.
